We''re seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on a new, high-profile project at an RAF base.
You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a challenging -20 million construction project, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a unique opportunity to work on a secure, live Ministry of Defence (MOD) site, so previous experience in a similar environment is a huge plus.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will:
Lead and motivate the site team, subcontractors, and supply chain.
Implement and enforce the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
Plan, schedule, and oversee all on-site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
Liaise with the client and other key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships.
Manage site logistics, resources, and materials efficiently.
Ensure all work is carried out to the required specifications and standards.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects, preferably valued at -10m or more.
A strong understanding of MOD or similar secure site protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A valid SMSTS and CSCS card.
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A full UK driving license.
What We Offer
Salary: -50,000 - -60,000 per annum
