Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in facilities and premises management? Are you looking to make a real difference in a vibrant school community?

We are working with a thriving Secondary School in Peterborough seeking a hands-on and dependable Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and security of the school premises.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role, ensuring the school remains safe, secure, and well-maintained during a busy term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site security, maintenance, and general upkeep of the school buildings and grounds
• Carry out minor repairs and routine compliance checks
• Liaise with external contractors and manage on-site work
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed and records maintained
• Open/lock the site as required and respond to any urgent call-outs

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role - ideally within a school or educational setting
• Sound knowledge of premises management and basic maintenance
• Strong awareness of health & safety regulations
• A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
