Site Manager

Our client, a prominent company in the construction sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee a short-term upgrade project at Reading FC''s stadium.

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and act as the primary on-site lead
• Manage and coordinate M&E contractors, ensuring seamless integration of services
• Supervise installation of high-powered audio systems and associated infrastructure
• Oversee MEWP operations, ensuring safe and compliant use
• Manage UPS-related works and ensure all power-critical upgrades meet required standards
• Liaise with multiple subcontractors; all project delivery is via sub-contracted teams
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance at all times
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure RAMS are followed
• Monitor progress against programme and escalate issues proactively
• Report daily on site activity, progress, and any deviations from schedule

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on M&E-heavy or stadium/arena projects
• CSCS Black Card preferred, though strong experience will be considered
• Competent overseeing MEWP-based works (IPAF beneficial but not essential)
• Strong understanding of electrical/M&E coordination and specialist contractor management
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise between stakeholders and subcontractors
• Strong H&S awareness and ability to enforce compliance
• Availability to work 10-hour days for the duration of the project
