Site Manager

My client is an £125m turnover main contractor in search of a Project Manager / No1 Site Manager to oversee a £5m D&B refurbishment.

The project consists of the redevelopment of two floors, creating 23 new en-suite rooms, starting from a blank canvas, all residual M&E services will be stripped out and fully replaced, including new ventilation, heating, hot and cold water systems, and complete electrical installations (power, data, and fire alarm.

The role will involve overseeing the day to day running of the project reporting into a visiting contracts manager with an assistant site manager for assistance, managing the client interactions and overall project delivery.

D&B refurbishment experience is a must along with an up to date CSCS card, first aid and SMSTS.
