Site Manager – (OX18 4RG)
£280 – £300 per day (DOE) | 18-Month Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an exciting long-term project based in the (OX18 4RG).

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large-scale leisure park development, involving the construction of accommodation blocks and a range of high-quality leisure facilities, including a gym, restaurants, and swimming pools.

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations
• Coordinating site activities and reporting progress to senior management
• Maintaining quality control across all phases of the build

• Proven experience working as a Site Manager on similar projects
• Strong background in construction, ideally with experience in leisure or residential developments
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines

• Competitive day rate (£280 – £300 DOE)
• Long-term contract (18 months)
