Site Manager

Constructive Moves are recruiting for a Site Manager to run a new housing development in Hertfordshire with a national PLC developer. The company has a strong reputation for building NHBC award-winning housing schemes across the Northern Home Counties.

Key requirements:
- Experience with NHBC building regulations
- Managed large housing schemes of traditional and timber frame build
- Strong people management skills

In this role, you will oversee the project from start to finish. You will coordinate labour, materials, and resources on-site. You also approve payments to trades and contractors. Quality control and inspections will be your responsibility, along with ensuring the build process meets deadlines.
