Site Manager

Our client an Essex based External Facades contractor currently seek an experienced Site Manager for a Curtain Wall Installation program in Oxford, Oxfordshire.

The work itself is the installation of a Technal Curtain Wall System and Aluminium Windows.

It is essential that you have Curtain Wall and/or Glazing experience, hold SMSTS, First Aid, and a Black/Gold CSCS card

Duties will include:-

• Managing Curtain Wall installers to a program
• Tool box talks
• Carrying out site inductions
• Managing Sub Contractors-
• Attending site progress meetings
• Producing progress reports
• Liaising with end client and company directors
• Dealing with access issues
• Liaising with local authorities where necessary
• All other associated tasks

This project starts on the 28th April
