Project: CAT B Office Fit-Out - Toilet Refurbishment, Fire Compartment Glazing & Internal Works

Location: Newcastle

Start: 03/07

Duration: 8 Weeks

Pay: -260.00 per day

Working Pattern:

• Mon-Fri (July)
• Thu-Mon (August)

Project Value: -1.5M

Essential Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Black/White Card
• First Aid

Experience Required:

• Strong CAT A/B fit-out background
• Live environment experience preferred
• Strong H&S, programme and subcontractor management skills

Duties:

• Full site management responsibility
• H&S, RAMS, inductions & toolbox talks
• Subcontractor coordination
• Progress reporting & site diaries
• Quality control and programme delivery
