Site Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment? Birmingham ? Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm ? Long-Term ContractWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of ongoing social housing refurbishment projects across Birmingham.This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works within occupied and void housing stock.Key Responsibilities:Managing day-to-day site operationsOverseeing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmesCoordinating roof repair and replacement worksEnsuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetManaging subcontractors and site labourMaintaining high standards of health and safety complianceLiaising with tenants, clients, and project stakeholdersProducing site reports and progress updatesRequirements:? Proven experience managing social housing refurbishment projects? Experience overseeing:Kitchen upgradesBathroom upgradesRoof repair works? SMSTS (Essential)? Gold CSCS Card (Essential)? Strong organisational and communication skills?
