Site Manager – Wolverhampton – £280 Per Day

TAY Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Wolverhampton.

Job Details:

• Location: Wolverhampton

• Start Date: Monday 2nd November 2026

• Duration: 16 weeks

• Rate: £280 per day

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Project: Commercial Refurbishment

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day running of site.

• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works remain on programme.

• Providing regular progress reports to head office.

• Liaising directly with the end client.

• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid.

• Previous Site Management experience on commercial refurbishment projects.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects to programme.
