Site Manager Isles of ScillyLocation: St Mary s, Isles of Scilly Project: Carn Thomas Housing Development Rotation: 12 days on / 2 days off Salary: Competitive dependent on experienceWe are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major housing development on St Mary s, Isles of Scilly.The project involves the construction of 27 new social housing dwellings, alongside extensive civil and infrastructure works on a steeply sloping site.The ProjectThe works include:27 new residential dwellingsEarthworks and groundworksRetaining structuresDrainage and utilitiesRoads and infrastructureExternal worksCivil and structural constructionAbout the RoleAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.We are looking for someone with:Proven experience as a Site Manager within constructionStrong civil and structural construction experienceExperience managing site teams and subcontractorsKnowledge of earthworks, drainage, infrastructure and retaining structuresStrong understanding of construction health and safetyAbility to manage site activities and keep works on programmeExcellent communication and organisational skillsSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualificationsExperience working on remote or logistically challenging projects would be highly advantageous.Due to the location, candidates must be comfortable working away from home on a 12 days on / 2 days off rotation.To apply, ..... full job details .....
