Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee site activities on a major project in the Redruth area of Cornwall.This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a quarrying, mining, aggregates, heavy industrial, rail, steelwork or MandE construction background who is confident managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining high standards of health and safety on technically challenging installations.The successful candidate could come from a mechanical, electrical, civils or MandE installation background, providing they have strong site management experience and a solid understanding of CDM regulations, construction safety and site compliance.The Role: Managing day-to-day site operations on a major quarry / heavy industrial project Supervising and coordinating subcontractors across mechanical, electrical, civils and steelwork packages Ensuring all site activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with the construction programme Reviewing RAMS, managing permits, delivering toolbox talks and maintaining site compliance Monitoring site progress and reporting on daily activities, delays and any issues Coordinating site labour, subcontractors, materials and equipment to ..... full job details .....
