Site Manager

Apex Resources are looking for a Site Manager to join a client on a permanent basis. The role will be overseeing an education project with a new roof being installed and then complete internal fit out. Candidate Criteria: Minimum 4 years experience of being a number one in charge of running projects Experience of working in live environments (preferably education) Enthusiastic, energetic, can do attitude Confident and assertive Good time management and ability to delegate Able to communicate well and build relationships with client, consultants, sub-contractors and other members of the team Computer literate and Procore experience preferable Capable of reading and writing programmes including use of MS Project Capable of writing RAMS and completing other HandS paperwork Well organised, structured and independent Good understanding of quality and how to achieve it Determined and tenacious SMSTS, First Aid and an Enhanced DBS are strong desirables.
