Job Title: Airport - Site Manager Fit out Location: Heathrow Airpot - Hounslow Salary: £290/£300 Day Rate Contract Type: Long Term Freelance Start Date: Jan 2026 About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Manager to lead and deliver high-quality retail refurbishment and fit-out projects in Heathrow Airport. Working on fast-paced commercial sites, you ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage site activities from inception to completion, including subcontractors and trades. Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Lead on-site meetings and resolve issues as they arise. Maintain accurate site records and documentation. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects High End retail projects. Previously worked on projects at the airport. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (mandatory). Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
