Site Manager

Are you an experienced Site Manager with either a strong mechanical or electrical background? Do you thrive in a leadership role and feel ready to take on your next challenge? As the Site Manager, you will oversee all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across the site, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely and to the highest standard. This is a client facing role, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. We are looking for an approachable, proactive professional who can inspire and motivate a small team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and be confident stepping in to support where needed, while keeping operations running smoothly. Site Manager - Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with regulations Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections Hold regular meetings and briefings with on-site engineers Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient work delivery Review and approve RAMs, Permits and site documentation Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure targets are met Essential: SMSTS Background in MandE Previous experience in a Manager / Supervisory role Site Manager - Benefits: Salary of up to £50,000 per annum Company vehicle and fuel card Uniform and PPE provided Company pension Discounted gym memberships Employee Assistance Programme Ongoing training and ..... full job details .....
