Site Manager - Essex - Must be Enhanced DBS

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a 6-8 week new build education project in Essex. The project is due to start at the beginning of June 25 and works include a new build extension to the existing school plus some internal refurbishment works. The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence HandS on site, Q/A etc.Site tickets required are ENHANCED DBS is a MUST SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
