Site Manager (Joinery Background) 50,000 - 55,000 Equivalent Earnings + OvertimeNorth West and UK TravelA growing and well-established maintenance and projects contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to support a busy and expanding workload across commercial projects nationwide.This role would suit a hands-on Site Manager with a joinery background who is comfortable managing works across multiple sites, including night works and projects requiring travel.The RoleWorking closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard.Projects are typically delivered within live commercial environments, therefore strong organisation, communication and client-facing skills are essential.Key responsibilities include:Managing projects from mobilisation through to completionOverseeing site teams and subcontractorsManaging health and safety on siteEnsuring works are delivered to programmeConducting site inspections and quality checksLiaising with clients and stakeholdersManaging project documentation and reportingCoordinating labour, materials and plant requirementsRequirementsPrevious experience as a Site ManagerJoinery background essentialValid SMSTS qualificationStrong knowledge of health and safety proceduresExperience working within refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance or construction environmentsAbility to manage ..... full job details .....
