Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with 2 clients who are looking for a freelance Site Managers on 2 developments. The first development is to commence on Wednesday 1st April, with the second development to follow on from mid April until August.

The ideal candidate must have experience managing residential house building developments and be available from Wednesday 1st April.

Roles & Responsibilities

• H&S
• Manage the build programme
• Ensure CML''s are met on time
• Management of trades & sub-contractors
• RAMS
• Contracts Manager updates
• Customer Care
• Inductions

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card, along with the above relevant house building experience.
