Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with a volume house builder to appoint a Site Manager for an 8 week contract in Northallerton. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing house building developments and will of worked with either the NHBC or Premier Guarantee previously.

Roles-& Responsibilities

• Management of build programme
• Ensuring CML''s are achieved
• Inductions
• H&S
• RAMS
• Contracts Manager updates
• Management of trades & sub-contractors
• Liaison with Sales
• Customer Care

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card, along with the above relevant experience.
