Site Manager Bristol £45k- £48k per annum Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a regional contractor specialising in general build projects across Bristol and surround. Key Duties Oversee management of construction project up to a value of £1 million Management of sub contractors and day to day coordination Working foreman role, with a split of management and on site work Able to complete aspects of multi-trade work when required Maintain accurate site records and paperwork Ensure health and safety standards are maintained Requirements Proven working manager/foreman experience within the construction industry CSCS card, first aid and SMSTS Trade background (preferred) Ability to manage varied scope; build/ fit-out/ refurb Previous experience within industrial and commercial build projects What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: £45k- £48k Access to company van and fuel card Varied scope of projects work with a growing smaller contractor with scope for progression family feel contractor Interested?
