Site Manager

Location: The Cotswolds
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

An established construction company specialising in high-quality bespoke projects across the Cotswolds is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable, hands-on Site Manager who takes pride in delivering projects to a high standard and is comfortable coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety and programme.

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating daily site operations

• Supervising subcontractors, trades and site personnel

• Monitoring progress against project milestones

• Carrying out regular site inspections and resolving issues as they arise

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and ensuring compliance with site procedures

• Monitoring workmanship and maintaining a strong focus on build quality

• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other project stakeholders

• Identifying and resolving site issues to keep projects progressing

• Maintaining an organised, well-managed construction site

We are looking for an experienced construction professional with:

• At least 3 years' experience within a similar role

• Proven experience supervising and coordinating construction teams and subcontractors

• Strong site management and organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• The confidence to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders

• The ability to problem-solve and make effective decisions under pressure

• A strong commitment to quality and health & safety

• Excellent attention to detail

• The unrestricted right to work in the UK

• Experience working on high-quality, bespoke construction projects would be particularly relevant.

• £50,000 – £60,000 salary
