Site Manager

Role: Freelance Site Manager

Location: Hull

Start date: Monday 27th July.  Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.

Duration:  Weeks

Rate of pay: £260 per day CIS

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee refurbishment works on a school project in Hull

Requirements:

• SMSTS

   

• 3 Day First Aid

   

• Black CSCS Card

   

• Enhanced DBS (essential) done within last 3 years

   

• Previous experience delivering refurbishment projects

   

The role will involve managing subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, coordinating site activities and driving works to programme.
