Site Manager

The RoleSite Manager required to oversee a refurbishment project on a live Hospital. This is due to start on 20/07/2026 with a duration of 10 weeks on days (Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4:30pm)Experience, Knowledge and QualificationsFor this role you must possess the following;SMSTS (Essential)CSCS (Essential)3 Day First Aid (Essential)Asbestos Awareness Previous experience working in live environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to problem-solve and make decisions under pressureDutiesUpdate RAMSCoordinating handovers and sign offsImplement and improve existing proceduresLead the day-to-day running of site activitiesUpdate and check against the construction ProgrammePreparation of site documents such as work orders and purchase orders etc.Responsible for the successful completion and handover of sections of work on siteEnsuring quality standards are achieved implementing inspection and test plans.Communicate effectively with the client, sub - contractors and senior management teamThis is a freelance contract with a competitive rate ( .00 Per Day) on offer for the successful candidate.
