Site Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Site Finance Manager to join our growing fulfilment operation. This is a key on-site finance leadership role where you will act as the trusted finance business partner to operational, commercial and senior management teams, ensuring strong financial control while driving profitability and operational performance. This opportunity is ideal for a qualified accountant who has experience within logistics, warehousing, distribution, transport or ecommerce fulfilment environments and enjoys working closely with operational teams to turn data into meaningful business insight. About the Role What You''ll Be Doing Partnering with site management to support financial performance and operational decision-making. Producing weekly and monthly financial reports, forecasts and management information. Managing revenue, margin and cost reporting to ensure accurate financial performance measurement. Leading customer profitability analysis and identifying opportunities to improve margins. Maintaining strong balance sheet controls, reconciliations and financial governance. Supporting budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting activities. Reviewing operational KPIs including productivity, labour, carrier and fulfilment costs. Supporting customer reporting, invoice reconciliations and aged debt management. Driving process improvements and identifying risks and opportunities across the operation.
