Site Engineer

?We at randstad are seeking a skilled and ambitious Site Engineer to join our project delivery team. Initially, you will be deployed on the complex and large-scale Manor Road NOS7 and NOS8 remediation packages for Thames Water. This high-profile scheme involves the critical repair and remediation of two bridge structures and five trunk sewer barrels spanning major rail and road networks.Currently in the design phase, this position offers a rare opportunity to be involved from project conception. Working within a collaborative team of Site Agents, Sub Agents, and engineers, you will help develop innovative engineering solutions, minimize risk, and optimize commercial performance. This role provides an excellent pathway to grow technically while gaining valuable insight into the management of project costs, programmes, and contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth, Safety and EnvironmentCulture: Actively promote company Cardinal Rules to establish a zero-harm, safe working culture on-site.Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with legal obligations, company procedures, and strict environmental compliance frameworks.Documentation: Support and collaborate with the wider project team in the development of site-specific HSQE documentation.Quality ControlDefect-Free Delivery: Promote construction best practices to ensure all engineering works are delivered snag-free and right the first time.Innovation: Continuously review site processes to identify and highlight value ..... full job details .....
