Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer 

Location: Sittingbourne

Start Date: September 2025

Day Rate: £280 - £300 per day depending on experience 


The role:

My client, a well established regional building contractor who specialise in steel frame industrial units is looking for a Site Engineer to join them on a temporary basis 

Duties: 

• Site set up and setting out
• Quality Assurance
• Working alongside the project management team
• Ensuring health and safety compliance
• Ensuring works are being carried out in accordance to agreed methodology and method
• Ensuring the correct documentation is held on the site
• Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification

Requirements 

• Experience setting out for piling, foundations and steel frames 
• Able to use a Total Station - Leica 06 / 07/ 16 or GPS 
• Autocad knowledg
• Ideally you'll have experience from a main contractor completing works on a variety of projects
• Or you'll have experience completing enabling and setting out works 
• CSCS Card
