Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major infrastructure project on an initial 3-month contract.The successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed accurately, safely and in accordance with the required designs and specifications.Working closely with the wider delivery team, you will provide technical support on site, coordinate engineering activities and help resolve issues as they arise throughout construction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Site and Technology Engineers and work closely with members of the wider delivery team.Ensure designated workstreams are correctly market out on site and that the necessary permits to work are in place.Coordinate site surveys and ensure appropriate records are maintainedWork alongside Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and suppliers to coordinate and review safe systems of work and daily diaries, production control schedules and photographsReview drawings and raise technical queries with the design team where required.Provide technical guidance and support to ensure works are delivered safely and correctly.Guide, mentor and support junior members of the team.What We''re Looking ForYou will need notable delivering infrastructure projects in a site-based engineering role, alongside a strong understanding of construction processes and site safety.You should also have:A Civil Engineering-related qualification, such as an HNC, HND, BSc, MSc, ..... full job details .....
