The Role The Site Construction Manager vacancy is UK based with various project locations, requiring extensive travel. This role would suit someone that thrives in dynamic site environments, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering high-quality construction projects. You will play a key role in managing site operations related to the destruction, retrofitting and installation of engineering equipment. Your expertise ensures that project execution aligns with safety, quality and compliance standards, contributing to the successful delivery of upgrade solutions within industrial sectors. The person will take charge of planning and organizing site operations, ensuring projects align with business objectives and stay on schedule. Coordinate daily activities, conduct risk assessments and oversee safety documentation in compliance with CDM Regulations 2015. Additionally, you perform in-depth surveys and condition assessments of equipment. Leading on-site teams, including subcontractors, you ensure projects are executed to the highest standards while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and quality requirements.
