Site Coordinator £30,160 Basic Salary Croydon Permanent Full Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am 5:30pm Join a Busy Automotive Sales Operation We re currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Site Maintenance and Support Coordinator to join a busy dealership operation based in Croydon. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working around vehicles and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy sales environment. You ll play a key role in maintaining forecourt presentation, coordinating vehicle movements, preparing vehicles for sale and supporting the wider sales team. Key Responsibilities Managing the presentation of vehicle displays, pricing boards and showroom signage Updating vehicle pricing and stock details on internal systems Organising and completing vehicle photography for online advertising platforms Checking in vehicles and highlighting any cosmetic or preparation requirements Liaising with valeting and repair suppliers to ensure vehicles are retail-ready Coordinating vehicle movements between sites and compounds Supporting vehicle handovers and ensuring sold vehicles are prepared for collection Maintaining a clean, organised and safe forecourt and parking area Assisting with collections, deliveries and general site support duties Completing audit checks and maintaining accurate records What We re Looking For Strong organisational and time management skills Good communication and teamwork ..... full job details .....
