Provide an effective recycling service to the residents with their household waste and recycling. Look after a small team of recycling operatives on site ensuring best practice, recording absences, coaching and mentoring Oversee site compliance Oversee transport services provided to the site Record and improve recycling across all waste streams Report and record audit issues This role involves manual handling and working outdoors in all weather conditionsWhat are we looking for?Previous experience ..... full job details .....
