Site and Facilities Manager

Job Title: Site and Facilities ManagerLocation: Central London Salary: Circa £45,000 We re looking for an experienced, hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee a unique multi-building site. You ll ensure the buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well-maintained, manage a small team and contractors, and support events by coordinating setup and logistics.What You ll Do:Plan and deliver maintenance across buildings and outdoor spacesEnsure Health and Safety compliance and lead fire safety drillsManage contractors, caretakers, and cleaning staffRespond to issues quickly to keep operations running smoothlySupport events with setup, equipment, and facilitiesAbout You:5+ years in facilities management or similarKnowledge of maintenance (experience with listed or heritage buildings)Strong Health and Safety understandingConfident communicator, practical, and proactiveIf this sounds like you and you d be interested in managing a diverse and historically interesting site, please do get in touch!For more information, please submit your CV to .
