Site AgentBath, Somerset£400 per day PAYE UmbrellaImmediate Start3-Month Contract An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Agent to join a major civil engineering project in Bath. Working on a busy infrastructure scheme, you''ll be responsible for leading site operations, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. The Role Lead site teams and subcontractors on a daily basis Plan and coordinate construction activities Monitor progress against programme and report any issues Deliver daily site briefings and oversee subcontractor task briefings Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries and as-built information Attend client meetings and provide delivery updates Manage programme updates and formal communications Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards About You Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering or highways Strong NEC contract experience Excellent leadership and communication skills Commercial awareness and programme management experience Experience managing subcontractors and delivering projects safely SMSTS and CSCS essential If you''re looking for your next contract and would like to discuss the role in confidence, I''d love to hear from you.
