An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Agent to join a major civil engineering project in Bath.
Working on a busy infrastructure scheme, you''ll be responsible for leading site operations, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
- Lead site teams and subcontractors on a daily basis
- Plan and coordinate construction activities
- Monitor progress against programme and report any issues
- Deliver daily site briefings and oversee subcontractor task briefings
- Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries and as-built information
- Attend client meetings and provide delivery updates
- Manage programme updates and formal communications
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering or highways
- Strong NEC contract experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and programme management experience
- Experience managing subcontractors and delivering projects safely
- SMSTS and CSCS essential
