Site Agent Water Infrastructure Farnborough, Hampshire Contract Up to £400 per day Outside IR35 (Subject to Determination) 12 Months+A leading Tier 1 contractor is looking for a capable, experienced Site Agent to join their delivery team on a major water infrastructure framework in the Farnborough area. This is a working role on a live programme - you will be on site, managing delivery, coordinating subcontractors, and making sure things happen the way they are supposed to. If you are the kind of Site Agent who leads from the front and takes ownership, this is worth reading.The roleReporting to the Project Manager, you will manage day-to-day site operations across your allocated schemes, coordinating gangs and subcontractors, reviewing and approving RAMS and method statements, issuing permits, driving programme, and maintaining the quality and safety standards the client expects. You will be the constant presence on site when the PM is across multiple projects, and the team will look to you to set the tone.You will manage NEC contract communications at site level, including early warnings and compensation events, and keep records and diaries to a standard that supports the commercial team.What you needProven Site Agent or Sub Agent experience on civil engineering or water infrastructure projects. Solid understanding of NEC contract processes at site level. Strong subcontractor management skills. Water sector experience is a real advantage.
