Site Manager / Site Agent Location: Dartford, Kent Sector: Water / Civils / Tunnelling Contract Type: Contract Rate: £400 to £450 CIS.We are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Site Agent to support the delivery of a technically challenging civil engineering project in the Dartford area.The role will involve managing day-to-day site delivery across tunnelling and associated civils works, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently, to programme and in line with project specifications.The RoleYou will take responsibility for coordinating site teams, subcontractors, plant, materials and construction activities across works including: TBM drivesShaftsMicro-tunnellingAuger boringSheeted pitsAssociated civil engineering worksGroundwater and dewatering activitiesUnderground logistics and spoil removal You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, taking ownership of site safety, quality, programme, documentation and daily coordination.Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations and construction activities.Coordinate engineers, supervisors, operatives and subcontractors.Ensure works are delivered in accordance with the programme, specification and project requirements.Lead daily activity briefings and site coordination meetings.Review and manage RAMS, permits, Works Package Plans and temporary works requirements.Ensure lift plans and relevant permits are prepared and in place.Maintain accurate site diaries, tunnelling records, ..... full job details .....
