Site Agent

Experience: Must have a very good knowledge of STW infrastructures, Highway working, Avoiding underground utilities, and all-round site safety.
The scheme is to install a approx. 2000m of 355mm rising main across fields and through urban roads inc washouts andamp; air valves plus MIECA components also to be installed within STW existing treatment works.
Candidate must be able to:
- Generate good quality CPP''s RAMS, ITP''s, SOSB, TBT andamp; Programmes.
- Brief teams on the above information.
- Undergo regular safety audits with Forkers SHEQ teams and STW Health andamp; Safety department.
- Commute to/from site within 1 hour.
Requirements.
o Preferred engineering background HNC / HND Civil Engineering.
o CSCS -Black card (NVQ level 6)
o SMSTS: 5 days (Must)
o First Aid : Full 3 Day Course (Must)
o NRSWA - Supervisor - (Must)
o Temporary Works Co-ordinator (Advantage)
o Confined Space Training - (Advantage)
o Lifting Appointed persons (Advantage)
o Practicable Environmental Management - (Advantage)
Roles andamp; Responsibilities
£ Planning, programming and resourcing.
£ Contract Budget and target programme - preparation and monitoring.
£ Site Cost Control.
£ Construction of the works to specified quality standards.
£ Health andamp; Safety and Environmental compliance and best practice.
£ Compliance with contract particulars.
£ Management of site staff, sub-contractors and operatives.
£ Liaison with the Engineer''s Representative, Project Manager or Supervisor.
£ Efficient utilisation and use of resources in carrying out your duties.
£ Maintain comprehensive records and ensure all records are archived.
£ Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
£ Inspection, testing, commissioning and handover.
