Site Administrator – Stornoway
Civil Engineering | Energy Project
Temporary or Permanent | Full-Time | Site-based 
Up to 3 Years of Project Work Secured

We are recruiting on behalf of our civil engineering client for an experienced Site Administrator to join their team on a long-term Energy project based in Stornoway. This role offers flexibility to join on either a temporary or permanent basis and provides an excellent opportunity to be involved in a major infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the on-site project team

  • Maintain and manage document control systems and procedures

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring accurate filing and distribution

  • Support the team with timesheet processing, reports, and general project coordination

  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments as required

  • Assist with procurement tracking, deliveries, and maintaining project records

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar Site Administrator, Document Controller, or Project Support role

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a site-based environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control software

  • Previous experience in the construction or civil engineering sector is highly desirable

Role Details:
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday

  • Based on-site in Stornoway

  • Opportunity to join on a permanent or long-term temporary contract

  • Approx. three years of confirmed work on the current project

  • Competitive salary or day/hourly rate depending on engagement type
