We''re working with a fast-paced, forward-thinking industrial engineering business that''s looking for a Site Administration Coordinator to join their team. You''ll be at the heart of site operations, supporting senior leadership and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.
What you''ll be doing:
- Supporting senior management with reports, budgets, and general administration
- Raising and managing purchase orders through internal systems
- Handling invoice queries and keeping financial processes on track
- Chasing deliveries and resolving any operational issues
- Managing service contracts and supplier communications
- Keeping documentation organised and up to date via SharePoint
- Assisting with environmental reporting and compliance documentation
- Tracking, reporting and keeping the site compliant
- Managing PPE stock and general office supplies
What we''re looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
- Experience in a busy admin, finance, or operations environment
- Confidence using systems such as MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and database systems
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
- A team player who can also work independently
