SIIE Reporting Accountant
in our European Regulatory Reporting team in SI Insurance (Europe), SA. The Regulatory Reporting Team is dedicated to producing high-quality regulatory reports to satisfy the requirements of our regulators and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and insight to support informed decision-making and compliance.Location:
This position will be based out of our London office. We strive for collaboration, providing an environment where employees thrive and build long-lasting careers.Our business, your impact, our opportunity:What you’ll be doing:Take ownership of the Solvency II Reporting process, including the timetable and coordination of deliverables with different teams.Prepare and analyze the quarterly and annual Solvency II Reporting, including the SFCR and RSR.Prepare and analyze the quarterly Solvency Capital Requirement with related analysis and commentary.Collaborate with other Finance functions (Tax, Technical Accounting, Financial Accounting, Corporate Controllership) and other departments (Actuarial, Claims, Operations, FPandA) to continuously enhance reporting processes.Prepare other regulatory requests (NAIC) to various bodies.Prepare the year-end Statutory Accounts for various entities, including liaison with other departments to obtain required information.Support ad hoc projects as required.What you’ll bring:Previous Solvency II experience required, preferably in a similar PandC Insurance CompanyStrong Excel/IT skillsGood communication skillsProven ability to learn quicklyForward thinker with initiative to develop and improve current processesSelf-starter with good organisational skills and ambition to develop within the Finance departmentFully qualified AccountantHigh dedication to meeting deadlines under fast-paced conditionsOur BenefitsWe continuously evaluate and update our benefit programs to ensure they meet the needs of our employees and their dependents.
