Shopping Centre Manager / Operations Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Shopping Centre Manager to join a well-established company managing shopping centres, specialising in retail asset management, leasing, and operations.As a Shopping Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a shopping centre, ensuring high standards across facilities, compliance, customer experience, and retailer relationships.This role offers a salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 and benefits.You will be responsible for:Managing the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre and ensuring smooth running of all site activities. Leading and supporting on-site teams across operations, security, cleaning, and maintenance functions. Developing strong relationships with retailers, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders. Managing service charge budgets and monitoring operational costs. Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, statutory regulations, and risk management procedures. Overseeing facilities management contracts and monitoring contractor performance. Maintaining high standards across centre presentation, cleanliness, and customer experience. Supporting operational delivery of marketing activities, events, and community initiatives. Working with senior stakeholders to support the commercial success of the centre.
