Our client, one of the world''s leading property agents, is seeking a Temporary Centre Manager to manage a shopping centre in Hyde - Greater Manchester. This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start. Contract Temporary position - urgent startHours: Monday to Friday,emergancy weekend cover maybe neededLocation: Commercial property in Hyde, ManchesterDuration: As required by the client (ongoing temporary assignment)Rate: Around £19.20 per hour (Equivalent to £40,000 per year) Core Responsibilities Oversee hard and soft FM services across the siteAct as the main point of contact for tenants, ensuring excellent customer serviceEnsure full compliance with all client systems, procedures, and governanceMonitor and maintain Health and Safety standards across the propertyManage onsite contractors, ensuring high standards of deliveryConduct regular audits, review budgets, and ensure best valueMaintain records, systems and audit files to a high and accurate standard Ideal Candidate Must hold a valid IOSH Managing Safely certificateStrong customer service and stakeholder skillsPrevious experience within commercial property or facilities management, retail or shopping centre experience is a bonusAble to start immediately If you are interested in this role, please apply or contact Laura at (phone number removed) or (url ..... full job details .....
