Hull area £35,000 39 hours (Early finish Friday)We are working with a well-established manufacturing business in the Hull area who are looking to appoint a Shop Floor Supervisor to support daily operations and drive performance across the production environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys motivating teams and ensuring high standards across quality, safety and productivity. The RoleAs Shop Floor Supervisor, you will take responsibility for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring workflows run efficiently and production targets are consistently met.You''ll act as the key link between management and the shop floor, supporting operatives while maintaining a structured, high-performing environment.
