Shipping Coordinator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export Shipping Co-ordinator dealing with Air, Road and Oceanfreight for a well-established Freight Company based in the E16 area. Duties:- Data input from daily sheets Liaising with customers via email and phone Arranging worldwide air, sea and roadfreight shipments (both imports and exports) Arranging courier shipments from UK and from Northern Ireland Creating jobs and creating pick lists to give to warehouse Completing jobs ready for despatch Booking transport for third party deliveries Speaking / emailing with ships agents to get ETA and ETD of vessels. Required Experience:- Air, Road and Oceanfreight knowledge Good customer service skills As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
