Managing the complete Order-to-Cash process, you will serve as the crucial hub connecting internal teams, external clients, logistics providers, and freight agents.This role offers a varied daily workload in a well-established company with a collaborative, supportive site culture.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service and Order Management: Receive and process UK and international customer orders via SAP/Smiles, ensuring accurate pricing, up-to-date account records, and prompt resolution of product queries.Logistics and Freight Coordination: Arrange domestic haulage via TMS, liaise with loading teams and freight forwarders, and generate shipping/export documentation (including CMRs).Export and Customs Support: Work alongside shipping agents and Customs/Excise guidance to ensure export procedures run smoothly and export cells remain informed.Carrier and Billing Liaison: Manage daily pre-billing queries, monitor carrier delivery performance, and report on monthly service ..... full job details .....
