Shift Supervisor

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a-Shift Supervisor -to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a-Shift Supervisor-who-wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

As the-Shift Supervisor,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The-Shift Supervisor-will be responsible for:

• Ensure all equipment and services are maintained and operated safely.
• Supervise a team of day and shift engineers, providing guidance and support where required.-
• Ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed in line with scheduled dates.-
• Prioritise Statutory and Mandatory tasks while ensuring Reactive Tasks are completed within required priorities.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure contractual maintenance and installation requirements are achieved.

To be successful for this Shift Supervisor role you must have:

• City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification, or equivalent.
• HVAP qualification with relevant high-voltage experience.
• Experience working-within a critical environment, such as a data centre.-
• IEE 18th Edition Regulations qualification (desirable).-
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification.-
• Equivalent mechanical qualifications will also be considered with the appropriate level of experience.
