OverviewIn every restaurant, you will be responsible for supporting the General and Assistant Managers to ensure that every shift is run to Five Guys standards and that every customer leaves the restaurant feeling better than when they arrived.
Shift Managers demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction to the team and bring our values to life for both the team and our customers.
Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers and fries while providing an above and beyond experience for your team and customers.
Contribute to creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun.
Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience; deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way.
Ensure each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of shift management.
Lead from the front and be hands-on most of the time, working on the line and in the dining area.
Support Crew and Quality Control to maintain standards across the restaurant.
