About the roleJoin us as a Shift Manager
You’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers across various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. You''ll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience, whether they order in-store or online.While no two shifts are the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standardsLead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly mannerPrepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovensKeep displays fully stocked with a variety of optionsMaintain a clean, tidy, and presentable shop environmentWhat we can offer you
