SHEQ Manager Location: GlasgowSalary: Up to £65,000 DOE + BenefitsJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeThe Opportunity A growing organisation operating within the renewable energy and energy infrastructure sector is looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join its team in Glasgow.The business delivers complex energy infrastructure projects across the UK, with a particular focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), renewable energy and associated construction and civil engineering works.This is an excellent opportunity for a SHEQ professional to take a key role in maintaining high standards across a growing project portfolio, while helping to develop and embed a strong health, safety, environmental and quality culture.The Role As SHEQ Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company''s SHEQ systems, policies and procedures across renewable energy and infrastructure projects.You will work closely with project and site teams to ensure compliance with legislation, industry standards and company procedures, while driving continuous improvement and promoting a positive safety culture.Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and monitor SHEQ policies, procedures and management systems. Conduct regular risk assessments, audits and site inspections. Provide SHEQ guidance, training and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.
