I''m recruiting for a SHEQ Manager to join an established organisation based at their Harwich site. This is a senior leadership opportunity to take ownership of the SHEQ function, driving a positive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading continuous improvement across a top-tier COMAH facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the site SHEQ strategy, acting as a key advisor to senior leadership and ensuring the business remains compliant with all relevant legislation, permits and industry standards. As the SHEQ Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading the SHEQ function and developing a strong culture of health and safety, compliance and continuous improvement Developing and implementing SHEQ strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements Managing COMAH compliance, including Safety Reports, regulatory liaison and emergency response planning Overseeing HAZOP, Permit to Work (PTW), Management of Change (MOC), risk assessments and site audits Driving improvements across health, safety, environmental and quality systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards Leading incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action plans to ..... full job details .....
