We''re supporting a well-established industrial manufacturing business in the search for an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead Safety, Health, Environment and Quality across a complex, high-hazard manufacturing operation. Reporting into the Global Head of SHEQ, you''ll play a key leadership role in driving continuous improvement, maintaining regulatory compliance and developing a positive SHEQ culture across the site. The Role You''ll be responsible for leading the site''s SHEQ function, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, COMAH regulations and internationally recognised management systems, while supporting operational teams in delivering safe and efficient manufacturing. Key responsibilities include: Leading the site''s Safety, Health, Environment and Quality function. Developing and implementing SHEQ strategy aligned with business objectives. Ensuring ongoing compliance with Top Tier COMAH regulations. Managing relationships with the HSE, Environment Agency and other regulatory bodies.
